My weekend started off on Friday, I took Peepers to see Dora and Diego. We arrived at our destination , I think along with every other cheap parent in town that opted for the free visit instead of the more fun option you had to pay for later in the evening. We walked in and I spotted them, I thought this isn't so bad. We walked right up to them, too bad it was the END (exit) of the line. I looked to where the kids were coming from that were visiting Dora and Diego and followed with it to where it ended. Peepers did a wonderful job waiting 50 mins. , she was so excited. We got about 4 families away so I picked her up so she could see them. She started yelling, saying 'HI Dora.' Finally we were one family away, YAY!! Dora went on BREAK. What? Are you kidding me? Oh well, she likes Diego just as much. Finally our turn comes up and she is scared, she wants nothing to do with him now. I talked her into having her picture taken but I had to hold her.
She was just as happy with the sucker they gave her and the fact we were going to pick up the Diva and her friend.
On Saturday the Diva, her friend, and Peepers went and stayed with Ma and the Mouse with her Grandpa so Cookie and I could go to our favorite bar which was hosting a poker run for childrens cancer. Cookie had to work so I opeted to ride with a friend. I arrived at the bar about 10:30 am, and started drinking (I hadn't yet eaten so it didn't take much to feel it).
My friendly little bartender:)
I had plans to get a lot of pics but I fell short in that department. I was too busy talking to everyone I hadn't seen in awhile because I have been all about school. All in all, it was a great day. There were 200 riders that showed up to support the cause and many more later when we returned.
This is our friend that was nice enough to let me ride with him. Although, he could have told me my hair was all funked up. By the time we got back (3 and 1/2 hrs later), my butt was sore. Still is. (Hey Keeper, do you recognize him?)
I stayed for about another hour and a half with my sister then I came home to nap (I wasn't letting the kidless thing go without a nap). Cookie stayed and worked (I think he was just really drinking) until 10pm. I had to go pick him up in my pajama's.
It turned out to be a wonderful weekend all around.

Proof of Procrastination
As some may know, mom works at a greenhouse and loves her job. Her yard has beautiful flowers, with the placement that makes sense and the landscaping is always tended to. I on the other hand have in NO way inherited her green thumb. I am satisfied as long as the yard is mowed, leaves are raked, bushes are cut back and the really noticeable weeds are pulled. I do not have one living plant in my house because if the cats don't kill it, I probably would. I don't even have fake flowers because they also require keeping (dusting) and we know how I hate that.
Anyway back to my original thought. Mom buys things form the said greenhouse and brings them to me. I wonder what I am suppose to do with these beautiful plants, so I put them somewhere that they will get water and sunshine. She purchased these for me last year and I had no idea where to plant them so I put them on the hot tub outside and that is where they have been for about a year now. When I got them they were full bloom and looked beautiful. Over the last few months I looked at them and thought how awful that I let them die, then last week I noticed that they were sprouting some greenery.
Cookies dad is suppose to come over next weekend to help us pull out some trees. He too has a green thumb and can tell you every plant you have growing. I really liked this one and I plan on planting it somewhere hopefully next weekend as long as it is what it is suppose to be and not some weed or tree that has blown in there to fool me.
And this one also has sprouts, and will also be planted somewhere
Every Mother's Day mom buys me flowers from the girls. She asked if she could take Peepers to the greenhouse for my flowers, I said, 'please don't buy me anymore flowers because I have't even finished planting last years.' I really thought she would notice the ones on the hot tub and think, I am NOT buying her ANYMORE, but NOOOO, this is what they come home with.
There are a couple in there that I really like and plan on making sure they get planted also next weekend.
This next picture is of a flower the Mouse brought home from school and I just rolled my eyes, do these people not know me yet? I must admit the mouse only has around 4 yrs. with me, but mom has 40!!! Anyhoo, this flower as gone from looking beautiful like this, to brown and dead, back to this. I told her to take it with her this weekend to her grandpa or great grandma.
P.S. Mom when we get those trees pulled, I'll be ready for my Clematis. That is one I know I will get planted immediately.

Another one:
Count every " F " in the following text:
FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTI
FIC STUDY COMBINED WITH
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS...
(SEE BELOW)
HOW MANY ?
WRONG, THERE ARE 6 -- no joke.
READ IT AGAIN !
Really, go Back and Try to find the 6 F's before you scroll down.
The reasoning behind is further down.
The brain cannot process "OF".
I'll admit I counted only three and went back over it several times.

I'm Back, so I say
I had planned on returning sooner but for some reason being out of school hasn't given me any more time.
I have pictures from my vacation with the Keeper that I will try to get posted soon. I have gotten them loaded. (There's a surprise)
I have been running non stop since school has been out. Now I am just trying to adjust to the kids being out of school too. I am not ready for this. Too add to the insanity our dryer broke, and a line to the water softener busted a couple weeks ago. We noticed after the floor was wet enough in the closet and mold half way up the wall, we spent the weekend ripping that out and he is determined to FIX the dryer instead of getting one. Men, geesh!!!
Anyway, I have decided to MAKE time so I can reconnect with ya'll. It will take some time to get back into the swing of things but I will.
